Bernard’s strike in extra time decided a classic FA Cup draw as Everton edged Tottenham in the quarter-finals.
Three goals within eight minutes from Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison and a Gylfi Sigurdsson penalty kick so the hosts respond to Davinson Sanchez’s early header.
However, goals from Erik Lamela and Sanchez helped the visitors fight back.
Harry Kane then equalized late in normal time after Richarlison’s second at night looked to be the winner.
