One of the biggest talking points for Green Bay Packers this last season was the future of Aaron Jones. Jones was drafted by the Packers in the fifth round of the 2017 draft. For the first few years of his career, Jones dealt with injuries and limited playing time.

Jones started his season in 2017 by not playing much in his first three games. It was in Week 5 against the Dallas Cowboys, where he first broke out on stage. In this game, Jones accumulated 125 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries.

It did not take him long to have another great game, two weeks later against the New Orleans Saints, Jones went over the mark of the century again. He rushed to 135 yards on 17 passes and also found the end zone.

Then his 2017 took a downward spiral as he never received more than five carriers in a game where he played. Jones also missed two games due to an MCL injury. Fast forward to 2018 and Jones would miss the first two weeks of the season due to suspension.

The 2018 season was when people really started complaining that Jones should be the feature back. He received more shipments than in 2017, but still shared them quite a bit. Jones would only end the season with 12 games played as he would miss the last two games due to the same MCL being injured again.

Aaron Jones really broke out in 2019 and went over 1,000 yards for the first time and became quite a double threat RB. When 2020 ended, Jones missed two games but still had a good year. However, The writing may be on the wall for star RB, as his price range and Green Bay’s race site appear to be two different places.

So let’s look at three destinations that make the most sense for Jones to go to.
