A thief pounded a 12-year-old boy before pushing his bike into a Queens subway station, police said.
The victim was at the mezzanine level at 67th Avenue M and R stations around noon. 5.20pm on Thursday when a stranger hit him all over his body and threw him off the bike, according to police and police sources.
The suspect fled with the bike on a Manhattan-bound train, police said.
The victim refused medical attention.
Surveillance video released late Sunday shows the suspect walking the bike.
The incident comes in the middle a recent wave of violence in the city’s metro system.
